About the Firm

A private advisor for the Kenya–USA corridor.

KUSA Capital Group is a private cross-border advisory firm helping clients navigate complex decisions, structure investments wisely, and expand between Kenya, Africa, and the United States.

The Gateway to Dual-Market Growth

One advisory relationship. Both sides of the corridor.

We advise Kenyan and United States investors, family offices, enterprises, SMEs, developers, and project sponsors seeking to invest, expand, acquire, secure funding, or establish a presence across both markets.

This allows clients to work through one strategic advisory relationship while accessing the specialized guidance required for complex cross-border mandates — without assembling a fragmented team of introducers, brokers, and counsel across two jurisdictions.

The Problem We Solve

A corridor full of opportunity — and full of friction.

The Kenya–USA corridor is full of opportunity — and full of friction. Kenyan investors reach toward the U.S. and find no one to guide them on the ground. Diaspora families try to invest back home and struggle to know who to trust. Good investment has too often stayed on the sidelines, not for lack of ambition, but for lack of a partner who works across both sides with equal fluency.

We do not introduce opportunities. We engineer pathways. — Founding Principle

Why KUSA Capital Group

Cross-border market knowledge, applied with discipline.

KUSA Capital Group stands out by combining cross-border market knowledge, advisory discipline, and access to both Kenyan and U.S. business environments. We are not simply introducing opportunities. We help clients understand structure, risk, readiness, documentation, and execution pathways before any commitment is made.

Disciplined coordination with licensed legal, tax, immigration, and financial professionals across both jurisdictions where required.

Four Pillars

The principles that govern every mandate.

Every engagement at KUSA Capital Group is held to four operating principles. They are not marketing language — they are how we accept, run, and exit a mandate.

I.

Discipline Over Distribution

We are not a product distributor. We assess each opportunity on its own merits — sponsor, structure, jurisdiction, and alignment with the client's mandate — before any introduction.

II.

Two Markets, One Team

Senior advisors operate in both Dallas and Nairobi as a single coordinated team. Our clients never lose context across the corridor — language, regulation, or relationships.

III.

Independent Diligence

We coordinate, but do not substitute for, licensed legal, tax, immigration, and audit counsel. Independence of diligence is non-negotiable in every cross-border mandate.

IV.

Discretion as Default

Most of our work is private by nature. We protect counterparty information, deal terms, and client identity with institutional rigour from first conversation to exit.

A Letter From the Founders

On why we built KUSA.

For most of our professional lives, we have watched the Kenya–United States corridor move billions across borders without the disciplined advisory ecosystem that two great economies deserve.

We have seen diaspora investors purchase land they could not verify. We have seen Kenyan sponsors approach U.S. investors without the structuring needed to be taken seriously. We have seen American family offices pass on real opportunities in East Africa because they could not get clear-eyed jurisdictional diligence. And we have seen capable enterprises fail to expand simply because no one on either side translated the deal for the other.

KUSA Capital Group was founded to answer a single question: what would it look like if there were a private, senior, cross-border advisory firm dedicated entirely to this corridor — one that combined institutional discipline with the responsiveness and accountability our clients actually need?

This firm is our answer. We are based in Dallas and Nairobi, we work as one team, and we are accountable to one principle — that every client mandate is treated with the discipline, discretion, and structural rigour that a cross-border engagement truly requires.

If that approach speaks to you, we would welcome a private conversation.
